The fair-play rules
Last updated 19 October 2026. By adding Astraea Flame to a server or using its commands, website or dashboard, you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable; please read them.
1. The service
Astraea Flame (“Astraea”, “we”) is a Discord bot and website by Astraea Bound that tracks daily Message and Voice streaks (“Flames”), Server Flames, badges and related features. It is currently free. Features can change, pause or end, and we may correct data after bugs or outages. We work to keep it running but cannot promise it is always available or error-free.
2. Discord’s rules come first
You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord’s minimum age. Astraea works through your Discord account and the permissions server managers give it.
3. Play fair
Flames should reflect real participation. Do not use bots, scripts, macros, alternate accounts, spam or other tricks to earn Flames, Freezes, badges or Server Flames, and do not exploit bugs. Astraea filters spam automatically and may exclude activity, reset or correct streaks, or remove items that were earned unfairly. If you find a bug, please report it instead of using it.
4. Server managers
Members with Manage Server choose what Astraea tracks, where it posts and which roles it gives. If you publish a public server page, you are responsible for its description and links: no illegal, hateful, sexual, harassing, misleading or impersonating content, and no harmful links. We may pause any public page or remove a server from public lists at our discretion. You can remove Astraea from your server at any time.
5. Flames, Freezes and badges
Streaks, Flame Freezes, badges, ranks and similar items have no cash value. They cannot be sold, traded or transferred, and they belong to one server. If paid features are offered in the future, they will come with their own clear terms before you buy anything.
6. Privacy
Astraea counts activity; it does not store your message text or voice audio. Read Privacy basics for what is stored, who can see it and how to request export or deletion.
7. Suspension
We may limit or stop access to Astraea for anyone who breaks these terms, abuses the service or puts other users at risk.
8. No warranty
Astraea is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost streaks, lost data, or indirect damages from using or not being able to use the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
